INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a blender, combine unsweetened soy milk, soaked rolled oats, blueberries (fresh or frozen), ground flaxseed, medjool dates (soaked), hemp hearts, of sunflower seeds (soaked, rinsed, and drained), ground cinnamon, ground turmeric, ginger, and a pinch of black pepper (for turmeric absorption).
- Add optional Quoriom+ Live Probiotics.
- Pulse or blend on low until smooth and well combined.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
